*The timber ribs of a Gallo-Roman Ship from 280AD found in the Saint Peter Port Harbour in Guernsey. The timber components were carefully treated with Polyethylene Glycol to prevent severe degradation as they were removed from the water, and are now kept in a climate controlled room and monitored regularly by volunteers.
